This website is owned and operated by Manish Kumar. These terms for leasing equipment are set forth by Manish Kumar (Lessor).
Hereinafter, YOU, The Customer shall be referred to as the “Lessee”. A communication of acceptance of these terms and of the “Equipment” by the Lessee to the Lessor shall be considered as a binding contract.

The details of the “Equipment” are specified in the lease order via the website. You can verify your rented equipment at any time in the “My Orders” page of your account profile.
The agreement is valid from the date of transferring possession to the Lessee until the date when the Lessor receives the equipment back along with full payment of all raised invoices.
You must keep the Equipment safe. Do not use external accessories to modify performance. Equipment must remain at the specified address unless transport permission is granted by Lessor.
Lessee shall NOT open or modify internal/external parts. Breach incurs a 10% market value penalty. Repairs must be paid within 7 days of intimation.
You shall not create third-party rights (sale, sub-lease, etc.). Any such action triggers immediate termination and severe penalties. Use for illegal activities attracts a min. INR 10,000 penalty.
In case of total loss, Lessee is liable for the full market price of a NEW replacement unit of the same model.
